Hmmm....I'll see if I can get the cab updated with the server settings, but it won't happen until tomorrow. Getting ready to head out to a halloween party, and I'm quite sure I won't be in any condition to do that when I get back. :drunken:

ok ..

you gotta go to the SMS / MMS window, you get there by:

going to the Messages tab and;

- hit all messages (softkey)

- then hit the menu (softkey)

- scroll down to MMS Options and tap that.....

- go to the CDMA tab and create a new server and punch in the info provided on the 1st page...

Yea...I am pretty sure I am retarded. I put in the password where combatstang stated and i verified the settings Kilgore gave me with no luck. Is there a way to see where it is failing?

So these are the current settings that I have gathered from the postings here:

Start menu > Settings > Connections > Manage existing connections
Click edit on existing connection
click next until you get to the user name and password section
Put vzw in as the username and the full 10 digit number in as the password.

Messages tab > All Messages > Menu > Settings > Options > Menu > MMS Server > Sample MMS

Port Number: 80
Server Address: http://mms.vtext.com/servlets/mms
Send Limit: 300 KB

The above settings DO NOT work for me.

Can anybody please help me figure out what I need to correct in these settings?

I have flashed quite a few of the ROMs in the Upgrade section and MightyROM is the only ROM I can get to work with MMS.

I'm not sure about the MMS server setting but the settings for the data connection are off...

username should be your 10 digit number@vzw3g.com (i.e. 1234567890@vzw3g.com)
password vzw

Sending MMS is working fine with this cab, but receiving MMS doesn't work. Anyone have any suggestions on what to check?

Yeah this MMS thing is blowing my mind!!! I tried the cab from JooJoo after he said he revised it for 5000k but ill assume he meant 500k but I still only have 300k showing up in the dropdown menu under settings.

The Arcsoft software is crap! always has been since my Omnia and continues to drive me crazy!

On the stock ROM I know i was sending larger files so i dont know whats going on.
