The version I have is 2009 (2.4.1-1.0.122). I think I got it when the app actually offered to download an update to the version I had before that.

I have installed JD Arcsoft 5.2.1.22 cab file for picture messages from my TP1 and currenty using on my TP2 and I'm on sprint and mighty rom. It has worked for me since I have owned my TP2 currently 1 month.

probably a stupid question but if i install the sprint provisioning cab on my verizon stock rom will it work? screw me up? please be nice, never flashed a custom rom here and im just not sure.
