Hmmm I will check this out, but the only things in the CAB files are manila icon files.

I ran this on my Verizon TP2 and could not replicate the problems you were having.

I wasn't very happy with the look of how the FSU one's came out, but being a 'Canes fan, I really wasn't going to spend much more time on them to re-do them .. hehe

Yes, I have the stock rom, and the icons installed correctly (looked nice btw), but as soon as I pressed to volume button, all hell breaks loose, and the phone freezes. I uninstalled it, and problem went away

I have not been able to duplicate the problems.
