my HTC Touch Pro 2 STOP WORKING HELP

I war performing the ROM update every thing gone good until the ROM Update Utility restart my device after that the screen are black the ROM Update Utility could not perform the update i did the revovary remove the battare and boot again....

i tray to reset the device

and the hard reset (as i have been told by htc support)

Nothing work please help me make this device back to life ...

is your phone GSM or CDMA? If it is CDMA and you tried to unlock with the GSM unlocker I don't think anything can be done.

ok the mobile i have a frind give it to me it's a

USA T mobile

My carrier is Cellcome

Location israel

my carrier i hade never work with it on my local carrier i can't its locked
i tray to update the ROM to be able to make it work in my contry israel
.....
thing gose bad i cant boot up

Oooohhhh.... Israel. I say you start from scratch. Count your losses and get an unlocked version off the internet. Your phone is now a shiny new beautiful paper weight. Sorry to hear that bro. Next time you want to do any kind of upgrade on any windows phone get direction from this post. They will ask all the right questions of you and you should have a smooth go.

i retract my last statement. i wiki'd Cellcom USA, not Cellcom ISRAEL .... USA is CDMA, ISRAEL is GSM
i apologize

i'd say your best bet is to put it into bootloader and try again or try to flash via SD card
