Re: Any Regrets?

I am overall happy with it, but part of my reasoning is because I am one of those upgraded from a faulty TP1 to a TP2.

If I had to use my upgrade, or pay unsubsidized price I would have passed on the TP2

I'm sure that eventually i'll have no regrets but i am very much missing my dpad and flash and outside reset button, but i missed all my hard buttons and scroll wheel from my titan but quickly got over it. the good of this phone far out weighs the bad

Re: Any Regrets?

There was initially because I jumped ship from AT&T to Verizon because I'm impatient like that. Then low and behold I have my TP2 for a week and voila! AT&T releases 2 weeks earlier than I anticipated (stupid ATT forums, grr...). But its a great phone, tons of potential once the Hard SPL and SIM unlockers are released, but I'm just a rom flashing junkie going through withdrawal.

Re: Any Regrets?

This device has a lot of things marketing people call "delighters". Nothing really game changing per se, a lot of smaller things that make the device a joy to use.

The screen and higher resolution alone had an almost exponential affect on my love of the phone. While it may have the same guts as the Tp1, they are miles apart as far as usability, panache, fun factor, build quality and overall satisfaction.

Re: Any Regrets?

I'm generally pleased with my TP2. Like some of the others have said, there are a few things I miss from my TP1. But this design is thinner, heavier, and feels solid as a rock in your hand. I like all these things. And is it me, Fellas....or does the TP2 have the sickest keyboard ever put on a phone?

Re: Any Regrets?

If I regretted it I definitely wouldn't be posting in this thread because I'd have a different phone!

Re: Any Regrets?

Like is too short to have regrets. Just live. It's a great phone right now. There will always be something better around the corner. If we waited until the better thing is out, we'd always be waiting.
