Weather tab in TF3D not connecting!

I have installed Conflipper's North American cab so that I can set my location (pensacola florida) and it worked great for a few weeks but all of a sudden it stopped the other day and continues to say : There was a connection error while attempting to download weather data. Retry?" When I hit YES it still says the samething. I soft reset, changed the location, and nothing worked!

HELP!
