Re: Watch Mobile TV On Your Touch Pro 2

I leave opera running in background sometimes and then the tv app stays open, no sign in required. I also used the bogus e address. If they could leave the medium bandwith open and get it to the other channels this would be a cool substitute for paying cable at least for me I hardly watch tv anyway so I can't really see cable as very cost effective. I'd pay the $2/mo for the medium bandwith to see a show occasionally. I'm using the tv out cable and it rocks on my old set.The lower bandwith is choppy and sucky.

For me slingplayer's not an option. So this is kinda cool in that regard. I had to wait for my lady friend to get thru her doc appt the other day and watched tv while waiting. Made the time go by lots better. If I had a tv at the house that actually picked up a signal then yeah slingplayer would make sense. I don't have internet at home either, so tethering works well. We all do what we gotta do to save some cash in these hard times. Glad sling is working for ya tho. I'd love to try it sometime.

FWIW, you can use justin.tv in skyfire. It has way more channels than this. But nice find. I also have Hava player.
