There is a world of difference in legal standing between PAYING, DONATIONS and FREE...
as weird as it may sound...saying you must donate at least 20$ for it is not equivalent to saying it costs 20$...in legal terms. Just by saying its a donation rather then a selling gives you almost as much leverage as giving it free. weird I know lol
As far as donations are concerned..there is no such thing as a donation with no obligation...you can donate to a person to help them out...or you can donate to a cause. Every donation has an intent. (that said, it is possible that the cause may not be fulfilled due to limitations) |
