Does the TP2 synch with Windows 7?

My 6800 is not recognized. Is the TP2?

Yes. Works great. Been using the RTM of 7 for several weeks now and it has the TP2 pic and everything.

Re: Does the TP2 synch with Windows 7?

I've had a Mogul hooked up to my RTM of Win 7 previously, it should work. TP & TP2 have also worked for me.

Dang, I have the official version. Have to say this is the first real problem I have had. It has been searching for drivers automatically but not struck paydirt. Sees it as a generic serial port.

It works fine with Windows 7... Just remember you still have to use Active Sync

Yeah, make sure you download the Windows Mobile Device Center from online, then try connecting your phone. If you don't already have that program, that should fix it.

Re: Does the TP2 synch with Windows 7?

Download Windows Mobile Device Center, you can't use Active Sync in windows 7. Active Sync will be on your tp2 and it'll sync through windows mobile device center on Windows 7.
