to get this you have to save the person's email and phone number in your contacts. then when they send a email from that address you just click the green phone in the email and it calls them (screen 1 and 2)

for the conference call (3way to me) you get one person on the phone and then put them on hold and you should hear a dial tone..open the keypad and call someone else get them on the phone and a conference button should show on the screen (screen 3)

thanks for the response but i dont have that Green call button that you do. what carrier is ur phone branded? where exactly is that screen?

in terms of the conference calling, i know how to do it but i was asking about that specific screen which lets you "check off" people you want to call. I was able to get into that screen once but never after
