Skinned email client for TP2??
 

okay i just noticed this on HTC's webpage for the TP2. Is that a skinned email interface? I want that!

Its got to be out there somewhere! Looks really nice. They even talk about how you can about on the page. something about "somethings are worth being heard" and it talks about how you can call someone right from the email screen. Looks pretty nice. we gotta dig deep

Its already there... goto all people..then i think favorites, click your person and then you can slide the slider to email.. its in there.

don't think that's it. that just shows you emails from the person. doesn't let you compose them

That looks great! I haven't found anything like that on my interface yet... The People -> Email TF3D2 just looks like the emails they've sent me. You think that if you hit the email button on one of your favorites it would bring up that TF3D2 screen too.... Maybe they meant to include in on the TP2 but had to push it back for TF3D2.1 or 2.5 or something...

Our TP2s have only the Green Call Button and That's It! now i can see the CC: is skinned and the Name section is skinned.

Here is the link for the snapshot...it is located in the HTC European website. This skin is on the HTC Branded TP2. I was hoping it is brought to our devices...it really does look good.

My biggest complaint of WM is the Email Client. The primal reason of a PDA existing and so bad/slow/ugly client. I'lll take anything to make it look better.
Dont get me started with the "tap to scroll right" and "internet Pictures blocked" settings. I'm so stunned no one has been able to tweak this to remove the setting for good. sorry out o topic! i had to let it out!

If you click on the "2" in the center of the page you will see it. The other thing is, if you see, they press the Hard "answer" button and it takes them to a screen with people's name on it and check marks on it. I SAW That on my phone when I was playing with it in the car after i got it from the store. I have NOT been able to go back to that screen. anyone know?

Maybe...but I have seen that on my phone. Not the email interface but the conference call interface. On my Sprint TP2.

like I said, I saw the conference call screen on my SPRINT TP2. Anyone else seen it? I don't know how to go back to it

to get this you have to save the person's email and phone number in your contacts. then when they send a email from that address you just click the green phone in the email and it calls them (screen 1 and 2)

for the conference call (3way to me) you get one person on the phone and then put them on hold and you should hear a dial tone..open the keypad and call someone else get them on the phone and a conference button should show on the screen (screen 3)

thanks for the response but i dont have that Green call button that you do. what carrier is ur phone branded? where exactly is that screen?

in terms of the conference calling, i know how to do it but i was asking about that specific screen which lets you "check off" people you want to call. I was able to get into that screen once but never after
