TP2 Internet Issues
I've had my TP2 for about 3 weeks right now and everything has been nice until yesterday. My internet says that it's connected but sometimes it gets "stuck." An example of this is in the Youtube app. After soft resetting, one video works and most of the other ones stay on connecting. Opera also seems to display pages halfway or not even that. When I soft reset, it works for about a minute or two then it goes weird again.
I've done a few hard resets, I've flashed the Sprint stock ROM again, and I've updated my profile, firmware, and PRL. The issue is still there. Would this be something with my account with Sprint or a software issue? |
Re: TP2 Internet Issues
Are you using the 3G connection or WiFi?

I have the exact same issue as you since last night, today I have been hard reset about 4-5 times to no avail,if I loaded IE,web pages loaded up just fine, but when I tried to stream internet radio,it just did not work well,I'm glad to hear that others also have this issue,I thought i had a bad phone. |
Re: TP2 Internet Issues
I thought only my phone is having this problem. I've been having the same issue for the last couple days. Should we contact Sprint about this issue?

Re: TP2 Internet Issues
SprintTV & Youtube did not work either,no errors, just did not connect,my wife's Samsung Exclaim sat next to my TP2 and her youtube & SprintTV worked great but not mine TP2.

Re: TP2 Internet Issues
I have not had any problem with mine in PA. Maybe it's an area problem or areas they upgrading to 4G network.

Re: TP2 Internet Issues
At least other people are having this issue, I thought my phone was defective. My sister's Hero works at full speed while mine is really picky. Downloading anything results in the internet getting stuck and eventually idling. Pages do load up now but sometimes idle.
I haven't heard of any 4G rolling out around my area for now so I don't really know what it might be. My EPST settings seem to be good as well |
