The Boston Area is/was having internet issues also, I spoke with Customer care yesterday because they were having over the air activation problems associated with the internet problems and I had just activated my new TP2. I called them and they reset my connection/profile because I was getting all kinds of errors due to having intermittent internet connections and mine seems to be fine since then, or they just fixed the internet problem here. i had similar issues last week.after 3 hard resets,i figured out it only started after i used wmwifirouter v.91 free edition.i bought the newer paid version.now no more problems.but it was the exact same,it would show an active data connection but would not load anything

Has anybody tried updating their profile from settings tab yet to see if that helps?

I did update my profile twice and hard reset 3 times,still same problem.

I called Sprint 2nd level support and been on the phone w/her for almost 2 hours to no avail,she re-built my profile on her end twice and asked me to hard reset on my phone 3 times,no luck,she said she'll open a trouble ticket for me and someone will be calling me within 52 hours(WTF?) to further troubleshoot.As of now,I'm still unable to run SprintTV & Sprint Navigator,no luck to stream any online radio stations,IE & Opera web loaded ok but slow,TF3D weather & stocks tabs worked fine.

Eh in my other post this describes pretty much the exact same problem I am having.

For some reason, my phone's internet now works after I updated my profile again though I had Wifi on, if that matters. Everything's all good now: I've been able to stream music, download files off the internet, and watch Youtube without any issues. Try updating the profile while connected to a wireless network to see if that helps?
