I know it's not the right forums, but since it was brought up.

I haven't really been impressed with Samsung smart phones. They make great flip phones but that's about it to me.

funny i was kind of thinking the same thing, even though i have had no major issues with my pro2 and actually love the design of it, it fells like i have done it all before. I have had the exact same winmo devices as the OP and i've gotten kind of bored rather quick with the pro2. alot of the same files i used on my diamond i used on the pro2, and for me this is more of a toy than anything. i remember when i got the vougue and all the cube customizing it was like something brand new and wide open, so i will be watching this andriod OS very closely

I had the Blackjack II and liked it.

Some of my co workers at my job got the Hero the first day it was out and we had them on the floor and were not impressed.

I'm also not impressed with the Hero. It's a great phone, dont get me wrong, but no keyboard is a deal breaker and 5 MP and no flash on the camera just makes no sense to me. Android is an awesome OSm but the community just isn't the same as WinMo

well any operating system you constantly use will seem a bit of the same after a while. That goes for iphone, android, and even web OS. MS is stepping there game up with 6.5 and 6.5.1 and Windows Phone 7 will be the icing on the cake. Don't give up on microsoft now, you will only come crawling back later

I really don't want the slide out keyboard. I loved being able to do everything with my Diamond in one hand. Also the Diamond nor the TP2 have a flash on the camera.

The Diamond didn't have a flash? Really? I don't think I ever knew that. But I'm 1 of those types that need a physical keyboard

Re: Giving up on my TP2 and Winmo (SPRINT)

If you got a deal with someone on the phone...you should have them email you a confirmation and also to make a note on your acc't. Ultimately, that should be the same phone call that you should have gotten your phone. Sprint is notorious for left hand not talking to the right hand...so any agreements you get from someone on the phone the store is NOT required to honor it. Also, some of the phone reps...namely account services/cancellations/retentions have certain amount of leeway when it comes to doling out deals/service credits/ my $150.00 price match credit:D. Bottom line is, you should try for the exchange over the phone...and have them send you the Hero. They might forget about the TP2 in your possession!
