I'm not sure which TP2 you have but on my Verizon TP2, I have the two options
Radio 1 OR Radio 1 I know, it's strange that I have Radio 1 twice but I do. I have even hard reset the phone and the options are still this way. I had the 1 dialing before the number too and it was driving me nuts so I chose the second Radio 1 and my problem was solved! No side effects whatsoever that I have seen. I would suggest for you to choose Radio 2. If that doesn't work try Radio 1. Please let us know how it goes and what carrier you have.
