What pouch or carry case do you use?
 

I just got the universal one from Sprint, and the magnet is too powerful in it. I was wondering what you guy would recommend.

I've been doing that lately. lol I just like it right there without having to keep a pocket open. Winter it won't be too bad, but when summer time comes around it'll be a little harder.

i recently purchased a pair of bluetooth headphones (Nokia BH-503) and it came with a nice black smooth pouch that I plan to keep my phone in. at least while i'm still babying it lol

I do not know if this would help you, but I use my TP1 case. It was a little small at first, but it has stretched out a little and now it works nicely. I had the same problem with a magnet and almost returned my phone until I figured out it was the magnet causing the problem.

I use the old front pocket too. Just a word of wisdom from an experienced victim of a broken screen.
Make sure the screen is turned towards your leg.
I am 6'3" and once broke a screen while leaning on the sink in the kitchen. I was replacing the silicone on the window (top) leaned on the phone and cracked the screen. I don't think this would have happened if I had turned it around. $50.00 lesson.

I use a blackberry case that I got from a friend (its for Tour). The phone is a little big for the case but you can squeeze it in.

If u had a mogul, it came with the best case every and the TP@ fit into it nice a snug will not fall out

I use the fonegear case from wallie mart.....http://www.walmart.com/catalog/produ...ct_id=11091096 $10 and the magnet doesn't turn the screen on at all.

I use the old Mogul case. I've used it for the Mogul, TP1 and now TP2. Even with the Ghost Armor on it, it fits very snug and the magnet has caused no issues at all.

I use a belt clip from Big red - not happy with it - it doesn't protect the entire screen, however, I am waiting for the Seidio stuff to be released and am being VERY careful with it.

I bought the HTC OEM TP2 version off ebay for $7.99 free shipping, Its all leather even sides no elastic involved and Magnetic but Doesn't have the problems associated with other magnet holsters, I did some tests with it and noticed its shielded on the inside with means the phone don't feel the magnet at all Latched or unlatched.

That looks like the HTC Mogul case, which does in fact work with the TP2.

Ditto on the Verizon holster but the nice thing is that it keeps the phone facing in toward you. I find it somewhat of a pain though to release it when you need to answer the phone in a hurry.

I'm also waiting on Seidio.

does that one have belt loops or just a belt clip? i don't feel secure without the loops because there's been a couple times that the clip has been knocked off my belt

It has the belt clip, but considering I wear a belt everyday no biggie. I was worried about it falling off the belt so I just clip it on the belt and waist of my pants. Its super snug and have had no problems. I also use the tether strap to pull it out of the case so I make sure I don't drop my baby http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread...ighlight=strap

i agree the original leather case from the Mogul is the best case ever! my TP1 fit it nicely and now the TP2 fits but it does protrude out, if the case falls, the phone's corners will make contact, but if used just as a holster, it's perfect!

Im using the Telus Crystal Case, 15 bucks on their website. I love this case because I do put the phone in my pocket only. It still functions perfectly and I dont have to worry about little scratches and such. It also hides my messed up screen protector. lol

i gotta say, this has got to be the best 3 bucks iv ever spent!. it took about 10 days to receive it, but it fits perfectly and was just what i was looking for, nice and soft, works great for sliding into a pocket without adding much bulk.

I use a ballistic nylon case I got from an army surplus store. Completely adjustable with Velcro. I've never liked the magnetic holsters. And don't get me started on the clip on the belt (my touch pro less than a week old coming off the belt and exploding into pieces on a busy road after the magnetic closure popped open).

I ordered this one, should be getting it soon. $14, it allows me to keep it on my belt and still listen to music when working out. looks good.

This is a top of the line case for the top of the line TP2. I also have a TP1 D2 easecase which worked well for that device. Both are very protective.

I went with the Mogul case for awhile, but then I spotted this case at Wally World....its a case logic actually made for a palm treo....but this thing fits the TP2 like a glove...I love it very well made and real real nice leather....Just my 2 cents....

what are the perfect fit dimensions for sprint TP2? I asked wiwaycn the seller but he doesnt know.

I gave the seller the specs from Sprint.com and asked him to add a little wiggle room. When I received it, the TP2 fit perfectly.

4.56" x 2.33" x 0.68"

I'm pretty content with my Verizon holster, as others have noted it offers some protection, but not comprehensive. Also tried a generic from Target, but found the belt clip annoying. Took advantage of the $7.99 "Make Offer," reported above. I, too, look forward to seeing what Seidio has to offer.

I went with the thick neoprene one from this site Hedocell.com and pretty happy with it. Not that it fits best in my back pocket. But it does save my TP2 from the usual wear and tear when dropping on desk.

Best part is it comes with two removable belt clips (fixed spring clip and a swivel 360 degree adjustment clip) if I ever needed to back to using one.
