make sure "enable Global smart dialing" IN NOT CHECKED. if that doesn't work you have a problem with your tp2. probably one of the registry edits you changed.

nope its fine. there is no way to disable prepend with default rom. I have tried

unless you are using 3rd party cookery.

you dial a 10 digit number it will show a 1 in front everytime its dialing

You must have seriously screwed up your phone, because I just disabled it, and called the local pizza shop. No 1. Turned it back on, cleared call history, call pizza place again, the 1 appeared
