Vibration on Touch Screen Keyboard

Hey guys, does anyone know how to turn off the vibration on the onscreen keyboard? i use it to text sometimes and its REALLY annoying. any help is appreciated, i tried to search for it, but "search overload" happened. lol

settings > all settings > personal > Input (touch input) > Options > uncheck "vibrate when keys are pressed"

why thank you, good sir. another question, if you have the time.
how can i change how the contacts are filed in the phonebook? instead of Last name, first i want First than last. i can do this manually if i do it one by one i figured out, but is there a way to do it to all the contacts?

There are some freeware programs out there. This one seems like it could do that ...
