thanks to the fast response of the first poster (thanks coming your way when im at my desk) I uninstalled con's all city weather cab (v3 I think) and just went with a different app all together that I found on xda. You just have to add your city and it works perfect. Also made sure to have .net 3.5 installed aswell though it was already installed when I used some other cabs. anyways thanks again.
