I dunno what the problem is then. I just went in and tried my wife's SERO line(which is also eligible for the 2 yr upgrade) and I got right in and stopped at the point where I chose the length of the contract(which is after logging in)

I've tried several ways but it won't go. I keep getting back to my account isn't eligible to buy from this website. bummer. The message is "Your account is currently not eligible for purchases from this website. "

What's also sad is I get a discount from Sprint from my employer (another financial firm) which is nice but they don't offer the phone for that price. The monthly discount is the same but they give Citigroup much better price on phones. I can only save $50 on the Touch Pro 2 and ONLY if new line, which sucks.

Just thought i'd post my experience. I submitted my MIR earlier this month, and it's been confirmed! Thats $100 unexpected bucks coming back to me

FWIW: I am on the $30 SERO, and I completed my purchase with the citi cache trick

nope, I used the pdf file from the sprint website

does anyone know if statefarm has a site on sprint to order phones through? I used to work for them and I still get the discount so I assume I could order a phone through their site if I could figure out the address
