manila facebook crashing touchflo and error on startup

after quite a bit of searching, i'm stumped.
is anyone else having trouble syncing their contacts to facebook via touchflo? every time i try, touchflo crashes and gives me an error about gwes.exe and manila.exe. i've tried two hard resets and the only thing i have installed is microsoft myphone (possible cause?)

also, i get an error about BTtrayCE.exe not being a valid windows mobile application on startup, even after hard resets...

any clue/pointers?

I have the same issue, I was messing with this a week ago and ended up just giving up. Im thinking it might be an issue witb touchflo itself... hopefully when we get the hspl the newer version of touchflo fixes this.

funny that cooks got it working perfectly on tp1 but htc can't get it working on tp2 *sigh*

works just fine on my TP2 not sure what issue you are having

how are you restoring your contacts? i read that it might have something to do with that, but i tried PIMBackup and microsoft myphone and get the same result either way

i use myphone and haven't had a problem yet. I have gotten a replacement and did a few hard resets and it works everytime

odd. last time i tried, i hard reset then immediately restored my contacts and tried to update via facebook... and it crashed
i have no clue what may be causing this but i'm considering reflashing the stock rom in hopes it clears something up

I had this issue with the manila facebook. What I did was logged out (from my contact card) and logged back in and it went away.
