Re: TP2 and HAVA

Very happy to hear they are working on an update. I've had my Hava for over a year. I used the client on my mogul which has been retired for just over a month now. The hava client was one of the first 10 apps I tried on my TP2 and I was disappointed when it didn't work and there wasn't an update available.

Re: TP2 and HAVA

start wvga fix , then pick the smaller size 480x640 setting , then start Hava, either landscape mode or nonlandscape, but there should be a (menu)setting button in bottom left , you need to go in and add your hava info (name and password), then save changes, close hava after it connects.
Then go back into wvga fix and change it back to the higher wvga size, save and close wvga fix. Then you should be able to open Hava and then hit the button on the bottom middle of screen and it will automatically default and play with the settings you placed in previously. This definitely is the way to do it and if you follow these instruxtions it should work. You do need to make sure you uninstall the monsoon multimedia hava app from remove programs and then reinstall it (provided you have right version , look here :
http://www.myhava.com/havamobile_wm.html make sure you have the wm6 640x480 for touchscreen version. This should work

it should be working in Landscape after you reset WVGA fix back to the higher setting, returning your tp2 back to normal WVGA

we are talking Touch Pro 2 here. I am one of the original Hava forum posters on the Landscape issue. Are you using TP2? The work around did nada for TP1 but TP2 was more receptive to work around. They probably have also done some reconfig on their server also as it glitches more now tha a month or so ago ..

Re: TP2 and HAVA

wvgafix doesn't work for 6.5, therefore no more hava, anyone have an idea for a fix for 6.5? It looks like im going back to the stock rom. Hava needs to get off there butt and release an updated player already, there product support is a joke!

Re: TP2 and HAVA

OKAY, not gonna guarantee this is going to work but you can uninstall if it does not, but give this a try , Please uninstall the version you now have on your TP2, do a soft rest , install this cab , then do a soft reset , then see if you can get it working. It works for me on 6.5 although its not the rez we want, but I am hoping you find it helps, If it does, feel free to thank. Please do not ask where I got this file
