Waking the TP2: Alternatives to power button or stylus?

So the other night I was at the bar and someone stated some ridiculous fact, so I pulled out the TP2 to disprove the drunken-psycho babble. Just then, a hipster across the bar withdrew his iphone to do the same thing. I thought to myself excitedly, "Hah, I will devastate his iphone with the blazing speed of Opera Mini!," as I searched for the power button in the dark pub. Though, I couldn't find it! Then I realized I was pressing the bottom of the phone! By the time I got my phone's screen turned on, the iphone-emo-kid was already disproving the drunken idiot.

Now to assure this never happens to me again, is there a way to wake the phone by pressing the face buttons? I find myself pressing these out of habit to wake the phone, to no avail.

I tried that, but since I was holding the phone upside-down and slightly intoxicated, it wouldn't budge. I really just want the other buttons to wake the phone. It's just what I'm used to.

same here. I looked for the 'key lock' setting like on my other phone and it's not there...

Alcohol and technology are not a good combo, my friend

My only suggestion would be to show off your phone BEFORE taking a few sips of Kahlua
