How about you stop looking for hand outs and actually buy what you want? Crazy idea huh?

I love when people "raise hell" in my store...I kindly show them the exit and advise them that its probably their best course of action and chuckle to myself.

Naw i like sprints idea better Its solid and in black and white GIVE TOUCHPRO USERS FREE UPGRADE DUE TO DEVICE ERRORS!!!

and as far as raising hell i at least drove off 4 potential buyers that were in the store because they knew i deserved what sprint is telling thier reps to do for thier customers and then turning thier backs and not doing it basicly because your guys customer service was straight GAY

Called and he was happy to replace with TP or TP2. TP2 out of stock, TP just about gone. Says to try back and they will have to send a TP2 out. so daily calls here i go.

And by the way Stores are being more shady then ever because they think they can fix the problem in 20 minutes then say nothing wrongs with the phone Thats Bullshrr

Okay first off they see no bugs that im experiencing okay well go ahead and start using my phone 24/7 for 2 Days then tell me (IF your paying close attention) that you dont see my bugs then ill say okay sorry about that but untill then that little 20 minutes examination you guys do with the phones that us true users see will never be on the same page

.....I'm glad to know I bought my Touch Pro2 fair and square. It's going to suck when deductibles go up to $150 and/or rate plans and premiums go up because of fraud like this. People wonder why Sprint is in such a bad position, then people abuse the system because Sprint is trying so hard to get their customer service ratings up to par with the rest of the Wireless Carriers who won't be bothered to give anyone anything for free.

Then they should decide to buy better phones its not our fault the phones have potential problems Ive gotten the TP2 Twice because of errors on it and shipped it back Only because i paid full price for it i was expecting a flawless device however it wasnt and i want what i pay for so then i told them ill get it when WM6.5 comes out so to see if the bugs will go away. Its a battle between Rich Retards who only see the money and people with class who look for a quailty product!
