Yeah, I'd be stoked to have the unlocker as well. At this point though, I'll take 'em as they come. Whichever comes first.

Either way I will unlock as soon as that becomes possible.

That could just be when HTC is going to release the update for their unbranded versions of the phone too though, and not necessarily for the branded versions.

Here's what makes me believe we will see it by November. Although this refers to the HTC Ozone from Verizon, once they have 6.5, we should also get ours.

wmpowerusers.com is confirming (i guess you could call it that) that the WM 6.5 upgrade for TP2 will include the updated TF3D 2.5 (or now called, HTC Sense)!!!

So, that's good news!

The carriers will probably lag behind the GSM model sold by HTC in getting this. Sprint will probably release their FW upgrade to 6.5 ahead of Big Red but it will most likely be after the GSM model receives their FW.
