Energy ROM 6.5 alredy available?

So I noticed that I can actually download the file now from here:

Does that mean it is available and ready to be flashed?

It's a kitchen, used for MAKING ROMs.

Besides, the HardSPL for TP2 isn't even released anyway.

so how come I see ROMUpdateUtility.exe in there .nbh file and all that stuff? (I'm sure it's a stupid question, help out a noob)

Because the ROMUPDATEUTILITY is the exe that will start the flash process. You still need to unlock the device first before you can flash. The only way you can flash a rom NOW is if the rom is SIGNED ie like it came from YOUR CARRIER not CUSTOM ROMS

why doesnt someone just make the hardspl i no its hard but it should be done by now

NRG has a full fledged manila 2.5/ 6.5 rom ready to go but awaiting the unlocker to release
