Will a VZW back cover fit a Telus TP2?

Getting sick of the wait for stock to be replenished... so I might just pick up a Telus TP2.

So that begs the question, can the the VZW battery cover be retrofitted onto a Telus TP2? I've read it will not work on Spring, so I am thinking it might be carrier specific.

Actually, the VZ cover fits just fine on a Sprint phone but I'm not sure about Telus (I bet it fits though)

It looks exactly the same as my Verizon cover (minus the map) as far I can tell.

Yea, that has to be the same.

My VZ cover looks exactly like that except I dyed it black & filled in the map so the whole cover is black..........

Thanks. Might go this route if VZW doesn't fill their warehouses soon.
