How well does your zoom bar work?
Just curious... my Sprint Touch Pro 2's zoom bar does work... but really not very well: You have to really press down on it to get it to "register" at all (much harder than the very minimal pressure needed for the touch screen), and even when it's "working" zooming in and out in Opera tends to be kinda jerky and sometimes zooms in when it should be zooming out or vice versa.
Are all TP2s like this? Thanks, ---Joel |
Re: How well does your zoom bar work?
I RARELY use it, seems delayed when I do

Re: How well does your zoom bar work?
The zoom bar is garbage, they should have used the space for at least a trackball.

Re: How well does your zoom bar work?
I much prefer double tapping the screen. But when I use the bar, its fine. Not much of a delay or hard press needed

Re: How well does your zoom bar work?
i wouldn't have preferred a trackball, but the screen couldeve been alittle bigger or maybe just maybe a d-pad aslong as they didnt TP1 it...lol

Ditto That.
I wish the "Zoom" bar worked in all apps though. |
Re: How well does your zoom bar work?
Yeah, there's really only a few browsers that use it well, but ever since getting my screen protector, it's not consistently easy to use.

let us hope HTC has learned from this experiment

Re: How well does your zoom bar work?
Yeah, I don't use it much at all. As a matter of fact the only time I have used it is to show someone how it actually worked, it works just fine and I didn't have to apply too much pressure. All in all, I just simply double tap the screen which is alot faster anyway.

the doubletap indeed
