I can't speak to the registry setting you refer to. However I am a new TP2 user and just wanted to say that I just recently installed the stock Sprint 6.5 ROM, then the latest Cleanup cab posted on page 1, and it works flawlessly. The minor issues I've found were with the stock ROM, and not with the Cleanup (other then my preference for t9 correction). So if you were to download and install the stock 6.5 ROM and then install the Cleanup, I don't think you would be dissapointed. Especially after the latest release of Cleanup sometime later tonight or tomorrow perhaps addresses some of the minor remaining items.

I have lots more program memory available now (over 100mb free after a soft reset, before I'd be lucky to see around 90) and it runs very smooth and even faster then before, which is saying something as the stock ROM was quite fast as it is.
