Where did you buy this dye? I dont want to wait for it to be delivered.

Any walmart, target or kmart(if you can find one) sells it. I got my dye for my tp1 at kmart.

In case anybody needs a spare cover, you can buy them right on the Verizon website & they're fairly cheap. The VZ cover fits on a Sprint phone also for anyone who wants to bag that ugly Sprint cover.

Score. I'm doing it tonight. Two last questions. What did you apply it with and how long did you leave it set?

I started with a stainless steel pot and I put approximately 8 cups of hot (from the tap) water in there, and put the stove (mine is gas, so electric ones may vary) on the lowest possible setting. Dumped 3/4 of the packet of dye in. Stir it every well to ensure the dye is fully dissolved. I then put the cover in the pot with the back facing UPWARDS. Don't put it facing down or it may warp from the heat on the bottom of the pot. I let it soak for about 5 minutes stirring it occasionally.

You can buy the covers here.

Even without an account with VZW!

Looks great! Just a thought though, if you still have some dye you may want to consider dipping the stylus end in it. Just my 2 cents!
