Separate Contacts List?

I have MANY work contacts that I want to have available, but I don't want them to be in my All Contacts list.

Is there any way to create a list with these contacts that will allow me to easily dial them, but won't crowed my contacts list?

I tried adding them to the SIM card, but it is not convienet to dial the numbers saved on the SIM card.

Does anyone know of a way to accomplish this?
