Sprint is not going broke because they gave away a few free phones.

They are in trouble because their CS sucked for years & VZ is doing something like 100 times the business that Sprint is doing......

i still haven't been charged for my tp2 and i got it at launch... do they wait till your next billing cycle?

I had them once send me 3 touch pro's and 2 of them i just sold them i did not put them on any of my lines.I then seen my bill was a little steep even with 3 phones added to it.I called and said to the lady that my bill was way to high and wanted to know what was up.She then said let me research it.She called me back later that day and said she found the error.That i only had 1 touch pro on my account and i was billed for 3 :???:

It should be sent back. As Plato believed, you should not do what you know to be wrong even if you yourself have been wronged. So, even if you're pissed at Sprint because their TP2 is $200 more than Verizons or whatever Sprint customers are complaining about this week, you should still not seek retribution by keeping something that is not free, is not yours and should be given back to it's owners.

just do the right thing and send it back man... you can use this as leverage for another phone or service plan add-on down the line. think about it...

I remember the same thing happening to the gf when she got the palm centro new. She received two of them and only paid for 1, she ended up selling the other one a few months later with no issues.
