Can you sort contacts by first name?
 

I've tried to Google it, but only found files that are 3 or 4 years old. I'm not sure if those are still ok to use.

People suggested inputting the contact and swapping their first and last names...while that will work, i think it's kinda lame :wink:

Sure ... Go to details of which contact you need to change.
Select edit Contact.
Scroll to the bottom.
Use the more bar at the bottom.
Lastly select File as * and select the way you wish it displayed.

I don't think so I've been doing it manually since the mogul days. If you figure it out please share.

I been trying to find out how to do it mass, but havent find any way to do it yet, only one by one :(

Contact Changer does only that. Will convert all contacts to First Last or Last, First and can add the company name if wanted as well.

I use contact changer as well and it works until the next time you sync your contacts to your gmail through activesync. Everytime I sync my contacts I have to run the contact changer again because it doesnt stay put. I guess thats only a small annoyance.

I had this issue with Google's sync service as well, even when I have it set to specifically NOT replace the item(s) on my device. I have no issues syncing with Outlook and once they're fixed on the phone or in Outlook, they're fine, but Google's sync will not take the changes which is really annoying.
