VZW sold out of TP2?

Just checked online at verizonwireless and the TP2 is sold out.... Man, that was fast!

They only had 4000 in the warehouse to begin with so its not all that shocking.

Yup, no matter how I sign in, they show as SOLD OUT. Glad i ordered two while I had the chance.

I think that the fact that it's sold out and there are 122 reviews with an average of 4.5/5 are pretty amazing considering it's been out for 2 weeks now. People must have really been waiting for this phone or something.

i called verizon yesterday to put insurance on the phone and the rep i talked to said, wow youre so lucky! haha i asked why and i guess the demand for this phone has been huge, she said she'd been receiving tons of calls about it but shes had to turn them all down since theyre sold out and HTC hasn't supplied them or given them a date yet on when new units are coming in. anyway i thought that was interesting..

Damn, this doesn't sound good, I was going to try to get them to replace my TP2 again for pixel issues...

Actually, it'd be interesting to know how many of the original 4000 were sent out as replacements for that issue.

that would be interesting.. how many dead pixels did yours have? i have a couple and id like to try replacing mine too.. if they dont have any will they put you on a waiting list or what?

This is perfect for those who have dead pixels. Hopefully their new shipment will be a different production run. Yall should be happy about this. Keep an eye out for them to come back in stock and jump on a replacement then.

i belong to a lamo chat site that has a phone forum and id post stuff about my tp1 and the haters would always dog on it......Now i post stuff on my touch pro 2 and all the haters are now waiting to get their hands on the tp2, regardless of the provider, their all sweetttttttttt....
