I am agree. Midomi app is quite accurate. I too have been using it on my Tmobile TP2 since the middle of august and its a charm. my lady and I like it so much that we play name that tune with it.

I rerally like the fact that it lets you find music by humming as well. I was skeptical about the feature at first, but, as you pointed out, it does work rather well.

I tried to test it with a Live recording (http://www.mtv.com/music/unplugged/) but it didn't pick it up at all. It did work well with studio recorded material.

Holy hell! Midomi is amazing. My daughter just hummed "Best of both worlds" by Hannah Montana and it picked it up.

Actually, the only reason this version of Midomi is available is cause someone got it off the ROM for the Samsung Omnia II. I find it great and have it ready to install on my verizon TP2 (getting it tomorrow and will update on my findings).

Just a quick update. I have been using this for almost a week, and so far I am really impressed. So far the accuracy is fantastic, it has only missed 4 songs. The humming aspect of the program is also reasonably accurate, but not quite as accurate as the music. Overall this program seems, at least to me, a much better app. than Music id.

Its really that good? I must have tried an older version on my Omnia because it didnt work so well. Pirish your just trying to get me to try it so you can break my phone again !!!! LOL
