Roaming Problems
I work in an area where the is very little to no signal. My phone constantly seeks out a signal throughout the day. Now, there is a cell repeater which will repeat both GSM and CDMA cell bands, and in fact works on my Verizon phone (as well as an AT&T phone), but for some reason my Touch Pro 2 will not utilize this with Sprint. Anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks! |
Re: Roaming Problems
my only suggestion would be sprint's airave. It cost money per month but from what I have heard it works pretty well. The other thing would to flash a different radio but we aren't that far yet with the TP2. Sorry I couldn't help anymore

Re: Roaming Problems
BB output more RF power and have a more sensitive receiver many times. That could be some of the difference.

Re: Roaming Problems
maybe updating the PRL would help. mine is up to 60654 just since receiving it a couple of weeks ago.
