Twitter tab on Manila?!?

So apparently the new EnergyRom has a Twitter tab on the newest Leo Manila! How cool is that? Is there any way to get that on our Stock ROMs or does it have to be built into a ROM like the EnergyRom? Either way, I can't wait til the CDMA unlocker is finished, so we can enjoy awesome developments like this!
