i would just use the power button.... i wouldn't worry about the phone locking up. i haven't use that reset button yet, and i've had the phone since day one... even when the lock up, who cares? just cross that bridge when you get there, cuz it shouldn't happen enough to be a concern.

I have had no freeze ups at all. I did drill the hole though.

I've had mine lock up so bad none of the buttons worked including the power off, so I had to take the cover off. Only happened once so far though.

I installed a power app like that, but sadly it was completely unresponsive on the screen and with any buttons. I know it's a rare deal though so no biggie.

No I mean the only time I locked up I couldn't access any apps to do a soft reset anyway.
