tsowen battery help

Hello,

I have installed the tsowen taskbar 6v2.1 Lite on my Verizon TP2

1) installed SDK certs
2) installed 6V2.1(lite) cab
3) installed nuePower CDMA TP2 driver from authors website
4) ensured that reg settings matched those in tsowen thread

problem:

1) The battery meter on the taskbar shows 100%
2) the battery meter in the control panel applet shows around 1%

The phone is almost fully charged.

Please help! I am dizzy searching for answers.
