Outlook and Voice Messages

I use Outlook via Exchnage on my TP2, is there a way to chnage the screen from just the e-mail title/date/sender, to also show the message preview as you can in your computer???

I tried using Arc Soft to send SMS (voice message) to my wife's and daughters blackberries. They can receive and see that there is an audio file attached but when trying to open it , it states that it cannot open the file.

Has anyone been succesful at this???
