It's what I suspected. I tried to install the no message sent cab and it says the previous version of this will be removed yata yata yata. I think that means it's still there but not showing as an installed cab. Right?

Then I'm totally confused. Our registry key values are both 1 & we get different results :scratch:

I think all that .cab did was change the value of SMSNoSentMsg to a 1, which on our devices is what it is to begin with.

Well look at it this way... ya'll have done enough hard resets today, what's one more if it doesn't work? lol

Yeah a lot of time when the only thing a cab is doing is changing a reg key, it doesn't come with an installer, but it still shows up in the list of programs in the registry so when you go to reinstall it, you'll see that message.

I did uncheck the send report box in the Acrsoft settings menu.

Edit: I checked the box back on the Allow Delivery Report but still no pop up.

If a hard reset along with disabled TF3D results in no pop up then we could have it narrowed down to HTC controlling it and further more TF3D controlling it. But right now I do not have the time or energy to look at 1200+ manila files to see if it is embedded or not.

Seriously... take a look at the HKLM\Services\NOTIFICATIONMANAGER ... delete it and soft reset, and I'd almost bet that the issue is resolved.

I did do that and it screwed up the entire top of my screen & the message sent pop up still came up. Unfortunately I don't have time for another hard reset tonight.
