Need some help with My pro 2

Ok i added a bunch of programs that were on here and everything was fine.Then i was trying to install the 4 tab program cab but it just kept spinning and would not load it onto the phone.So i rebooted the phone.I think this is the first time i have rebooted the phone since adding the a lot of the programs and not the screen is Blank.

The botton tabs are all gone and there is no clock at all just black.

I added the cabs founf here to get rid of the sprint clock and then added the transparent one.How do i get my screen back?

It looks like when on the tp and you took off tf3d and you were adding the touch pro flip clock?

How can i get it back and working.Thanks in advance and sorry not good at explaining it while typing.

When i hit the start button i get a pull down menu now instead of it going to the normal program menu
