I just ordered through telesales. I don't really know my standing with Sprint (premier, etc) but I have only been with them for the last 2 years on SERO F&F 1250. I got the $70 re-up discount, the $150 cash back and the $100 rebate. No shipping or activation charges. She said no problem keeping the same plan.

Just a lurker here but thought I would contribute with my experience.

i have no secret for my price of 199.. i didnt do anything, i didnt ask for anything... it was obviously a limited promotion that wasnt offered for very long, because theres yet to be another person on here to get the same phone call i had..... you can browse through the pages in here for it, but it was like 2 weeks ago, and its been closed since..... but what happened is in post 1 in that

For those of you on SERO that received your order confirmation, can you tell me what your product details info says. Mine says Everything Plus Sep Oct 09 MIR. I hope I'm not getting screwed. This phone isn't worth losing my SERO plan. I was out of contract. I clearly asked the saled rep if I was renewing my current plan for another two years and he said yes.

Yikes, you might want to call back, because Everything Plus DOES NOT equal and it's used to replace SERO!

It's probably not a problem. The Mail in Rebate (MIR) is only for Everything Plus plan and you won't be able to use it on SERO--that's all that means. I doubt they changed your plan. Just call and ask, but I wouldn't worry.

I see, well this is all I got from the status page.

All I ordered is the phone, however they did advised me that my SERO will not work on it but I told them not to change any plans.

P.S. I paid full retail, hope it can be used for a excuse for keep my existing SERO plan.
