I work for a large company and we have a direct contact at Sprint. I called and asked if there was anyway to PRE-ORDER. He said he has not heard of any, though he said he would check and call me back.

I also called EVP...they seem like a middle-man.. that just takes your money and orders from Sprint. The guy I spoke with...said he did not know when the phones would ship..but it could be a few days AFTER the 8th.

Things that make you go hmmmmmm!!!

i don't know what you're trying to do, but if you order from evp you get it next day, many people ordered from them last year and got their phones next day. you are correct, they are just a middle man.

I just got off the phone with evp 2 minutes ago and the guy said that as soon as the phone is available to be shipped it will get shipped and that will be on the 8th.

I know sprint wants the sales but they said the pro 2 will be different then the pro was and nobody will ship before them and most 2 days after so take it for what it is worth.

I don't think you can, you have to be an employee of whatever company that has these type of agreements with sprint. Thats why when you go to the www.evpdiscount.com it first ask for a company email address before you can even access the site.
