Sprint & Verizon = WM6.1; US Cellular = WM6.5 / Plus Verizon is keeping GPS!

Sprint and Verizon both have working test-ROMs with Windows Mobile 6.5 already,
meaning an official update won't be too far off after launch

Verizon is not only keeping the GPS unlocked, but it looks to be shipping with Bing/Live Search in the actual ROM

Sorry, had to throw that in there. Bottom line with VZW, i'll believe it when I see it. Even with them doing that, I'm still jumping ship. They have identical coverage with Sprint, and once I get the whole family switched over, I'll be spending $80 less per month for more minutes, more lines and better phones.

im sure since its a microsoft app, there probably will be an automatic updater for it, or a cab that will update it even if its cooked in
