Re: GPS Lag?
I turned on aGPS and went for a drive. If anything, it made the lag slightly worse. BUT, it seems to track my location within 10 meters instead of 20-30 meters (this is with Google Maps). So, if yr having trouble with lag, disable aGPS. If you need a more accurate location, enable it.

Re: GPS Lag?
This worked for me:
http://pockethacks.com/htc-touch-pro...-problems-fix/ But I made the values even lower. I understand it's a serial device, but I see no need to have a buffer on a device such as this. Having the buffer shows a false location on a map until your actual location is pushed out of the buffer and into the program. |

Re: GPS Lag?
No lag on my TP, but there is one on the TP2 and having none of the "fixes" available for it have made any difference. As for the COM selectdion, 4 has always worked for me. I will try the others.
