i had the i880, check out the phone thread in off-topic lol! mine is grey, though. i read on it before i bought it, was told to stay away from the maroon one!

what was wrong with the maroon one? wait...i had the maroon colored phone...LOL. but in keeping with the original topic, do you think i should've passed on the tp2 and just replaced my maroon i880 with the grey colored one? :grin:

azteca is lol'ing for me bumping this, i cleaned out the hall closet and i started thinking about the tp2 and how i dogged it when it 1st came out lol. it's been the best phone i've owned, as far as not breaking down.

I agree doc... The TP2 has been my best phone as well.

I stay away from maroon phones because maroon paint diminishes the phone's preformance and the individual's coolness factor. LOL. But BIG Zohan BOOSHES make up for the coolness deficit. LOL

yeah can't argue with you guys about the tp2. the tp2 never did give me any problems like what the other members were encountering. i guess i was just lucky at getting the phones that were made. yeah i've had to get a replacement twice (digitizer and broken kb spring from playing with the slider), but other than that...nothing else.

diminishes cool factor...lol

I think you should upgrade your Evo and your Epic to the TP2.

sometimes i catch my tp2 inching the desk drawer open and leaning out a little bit to shoot bad looks at my epic. its never seen the evo though. my gf keeps it deep in her pocket. shes afraid ill take it back!

I had like 20 different models of startac (I used to loose them alot when I was a bouncer)... From the big brick kind tothe little ones with the LED Then the LED and lastly the one with enough memory to hold 100 contacts... I was the ish.

My TP2 is just slow. I use to make it poll using pop3 to get my email every hr and update weather and stock every hr. It got so slow that I quit doing that.

I have since do a hard reset and dont mess with with data and polling every hr anymore.

Shall I overclock it?
