For those of us Telus people, I had that problem too with the screen protector that came installed.

Pull that off with the tab on the top, then install the screen protector that's actually shipped with the unit, it's in the bag with the CD.

It has holes cut for the speakers and the bottom buttons instead of just a big slab, so fits a lot better.

And the proper one sticks alot better...

I'm still using the POS screen protector until my Invisible Shield arrives. It already looks like I took a belt sander to it.

I had an Invisible Shield my old Touch Vogue and, as a nice side effect, I found it made the touchscreen a bit more responsive to me on the Vogue.

dont work for me as well. My fingers are crossed that someone will make a cab to fix the earpiece volume before I return it
