This version of the Rhodium, however, is the one I think a lot of us are looking for because of its capabilities and its looks : http://pdadb.net/index.php?m=specs&i..._htc_rhodium_w |

Re: september 3rd for sprint
I went to a T-Mobile store in my area just to take a look and actually touch a pro2. The woman said they had 3 in stock and she could sell me one, but no demo that I could touch. I told her I cannot buy a phone without touching and trying it, she said "Sorry". She also told me most of the T-Mobile stores are already sold out of them. I did not want to "Buy" one because I am currently with Sprint, I just wanted to try it out.

Re: september 3rd for sprint
I kinda like the back on the Sprint one. It has grown on me. It's kinda sexy.

Re: september 3rd for sprint
Also went to a t-mobile store and played with the touch pro 2. It worked pretty smoothly. The experience definitely wasn't as good as it will be when the phone is mine. It's like you just get a tease, and not able to pop that cherry.
It was an awesome tease though, what sucked the most was I couldn't test out the browser because it wasn't an activated phone so it couldn't do anything. It works fast though. Release it for SERO already! |

Re: september 3rd for sprint
I bet tmobile execs are going nuts cause they got it first... but sounds like the tmobile build should have waited a bit longer.

Re: september 3rd for sprint
Honestly, I don't think tmobile could afford to wait. I mean think about it, the last windows mobile phone from tmobile was what the wing? That phone came out 2 to 3 years ago or something like that. They needed a head start with or with out 3.5mm jack. If all the carriers came out with this phone at the exact same time then tmobile would have probably gotten crushed.
