I hope not i am really holding out with this old 6700... i am really debating grabbing a Diamond on ebay if its going to be pushed back much farther. I wish we would at least get a concrete date even if it is 1-2months out (for the Touch Pro 2 or Whitestone) but the problem (i think) is that VZW for a few reasons doesnt want to give anyone a concrete date one is that they want to get rid of their current stock and the other is they dont want other companies knowing.. why i dont know.

the phones not made of gold man. they gonna want to get rid of it. i could see them doing this so that they dont run out of stock instantly.

Well, the only reason Verizon wouldn't want other companies to know is if they were releasing it before them or on the same date (so they couldn't bump their date to beat Verizon).

BGR is reporting (with no evidence that I can see) that the Samsung Rogue and Intensity are releasing on 9/8, the day the new rebate takes effect, and Sprint's release date for the TP2.

I have only payed a deductible once. You see, they send a little orange warranty card with the phone replacements saying that if you have a problem within a year, they will charge you nothing. The low level support will try to argue with you and say its not true, but ask for their supervisor and they will honor their own warranty card.

I don't understand how phonearena has a date of Sept./Oct. for the Whitestone (Diamond 2) but dont even have a clue about the release timeline of the TP2. The TP2 is gonna launch before the Whitestone for sure.

I do agree tho, I wish we just knew a date for sure regardless of what it was.

I paid $50. It was worth it for me, since they gave me a TP instead of another 6800.

a lot of the info on phonearena is speculation, i unless its an article, i wouldnt base a lot of info from there
